Program Schedule: Thursdays and Saturdays through September 29th, 2018
Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness 4 Miler
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our Beginner: No Boundaries 5K program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

10K: FINISH More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, July 26th, at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Thursdays and Saturdays through September 29th, 2018
Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness 10K
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 10K: FINISH Training Program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. There are occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational clinics and newsletters keeping you up to date, and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.

Half Marathon: FINISH More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, July 10th, 2018
Program Schedule: Tuesdays and Saturdays through September 29th, 2018
Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon or other Fall Half Marathon
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: The Summer 2018 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 12 week program which meets two times a week is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Summer 2018 season will be geared towards the Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon on September 29th, 2018. However, our Coaches can help you train for any fall race you choose!

Program Schedule: Every Monday at 6:30 PM for 17 weeks
Program Fee: $50 for the whole program, $25 for FFRC members, $5 drop in fee
