5K: FINISH - Spring More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, March 5, 2020
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal Race: Race for the Warrior 5K
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 5K: FINISH program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 9 weeks! It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

10K: FINISH - Spring More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, April 25, 2020
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal Race: Indy Mini Marathon
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 10K: FINISH Training Program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. There are occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational clinics and newsletters keeping you up to date, and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.

Half Marathon: FINISH - Spring More Info »

Program Schedule: Tuesdays and Saturdays
Goal Race: Indy Mini Marathon
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: The Spring 2020 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 10 week program that meets two times a week and is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

Half Marathon: FAST - Spring More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, February 25, 2020
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal Race: Indy Mini Marathon
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: The Spring 2020 Half Marathon: FAST Training Program is a 10 week program, meeting two times a week and is designed to help runners meet a new performance goal or get out of a training rut. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Spring 2020 season will be geared towards the Indy Mini on May 2, 2020. However, our Coaches can help you train for any spring race you choose!

Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness Marathon or any fall marathon
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: The 2020 Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 17 week program meeting three times a week. It is designed to prepare runners and for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This 2020 season will be geared towards the Fort 4 Fitness Marathon on September 26, 2020. However, our Coaches can help you train for any fall race you choose!

Program Schedule: Every Monday at 6:15 PM for 17 weeks
Program Fee: $50 for the whole program, $25 for FFRC members, $5 drop in fee

Program Schedule: Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Saturday's through Saturday, February 22nd, 2020
Program Fee: $100
Description: Stay in shape over the winter and stick to that New Year's resolution! Join us as we run through the cold, and snow of the winter wonderland. Participate in challenges with our winter social running/mystery workout program! Earn points and prizes for runs & mystery workouts you attend. Will you be crowned Winter Warrior 2020 this year??
