No Boundaries 5K More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, May 4th 2017 at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Thursday's and Saturday's through July 8th 2017
Goal Race: Runners on Parade 5K
Program Fee: $70 including race fee
Description: No Boundaries I, will get you from your couch to the finish line of a 5K. All levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Our dedicated coaches will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace.

No Boundaries II 10K More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, May 4th 2017 at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Thursday's and Saturday's through July 29th
Goal Race: The New Haven 10K
Program Fee: $65 excluding race fee
Description: The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to encourage runners and walkers to meet their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Occasional clinics at the store will cover a wide range of topics including running, health, recovery and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. Weekly group runs and a new community of runners will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals.

Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness 4 Miler
Program Fee: $65 excluding race fee

Program Start: July 11th 2017 at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Tuesday's and Saturday's through September 30th 2017
Goal Race: The Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon
Program Fee: $65 excluding race fee
Description: Half-Marathon Training is a 12-week run/walk program to progress beginners as well as intermediate runners to successfully complete the Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon. You may have a different half marathon in mind and we'd love to help you train for that as well. Whether it's your first or fifteenth long distance event, we promise you will learn new things, meet new people, and have fun along the way to meeting your goals!

Full Marathon More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Tuesday's and Saturday's through September 30th, 2017
Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness Marathon or any fall marathon
Program Fee: $115 excluding race fee
Description: You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 14-16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, a technical t-shirt, and prizes throughout the season. You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone -Fleet Feet Sports is here for you!
