Program Start: Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 6:30 PM
Program Schedule: Thursday and Saturday
Goal Race: Runners on Parade
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 5K: FINISH program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 9 weeks! It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you! The program meets twice a week during the training period, Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. This program will conclude with the Runners on Parade.

Goal Race: Runners on Parade
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 5K: FAST Training Program is designed to further runners and run/walkers towards their fitness and running goals. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. There are occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. The workouts will last about an hour and we will increase mileage throughout the season. The 5K: FAST program is focused on participants that are looking to improve their 5K time, it is open to all levels of runners or walkers who have completed at least one 5K. The Program meets twice a week during the training period, Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am (time subject to change due to weather). The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. This program will conclude with the Runners on Parade.

Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Our 10K: FINISH Training Program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. There are occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational clinics and newsletters keeping you up to date, and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.

Description: The Spring 2019 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 10 week program that meets two times a week and is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

Goal Race: Fort 4 Fitness Half Marathon
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: The Summer 2019 Half Marathon: FAST Training Program is a 10 week program, meeting two times a week and is designed to help runners meet a new performance goal or get out of a training rut. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Summer 2019 season will be geared towards the Fort 4 Fitness on September 28, 2019. However, our Coaches can help you train for any fall race you choose!

Description: The 2019 Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 17 week program meeting three times a week. It is designed to prepare runners and for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This 2019 season will be geared towards the Fort 4 Fitness Marathon on September 28, 2019. However, our Coaches can help you train for any fall race you choose!
